The Volátile EP sounds remarkable clean and in high spirits but under the surface you can find lots of unexpected spins and crossroads that left you waiting in suspense for the next irritation. Matthew and Pier know for sure how to tell stories that satisfy both the dancers and the listeners. This EP follows the labels pretension to release dance music without any inadequate frame of mind and is especially recommended for those who are tired of being put in a mode they did not choose by the musician and/or DJ. We are very grateful that at least somebody is trying to liberate the dancefloor from the constraints of an emptiness that claims to be an atmosphere, but has recently become a strange guided imagery. Listening to the stories you got in your own mind probable is the greatest pleasure you can achieve on the dancefloor. The Volátile EP is an exceptional soundtrack for this attempt.
